There may be two types of tests. They have different procedures.
1. Prick test:

2. Blood test
Fasten elastic band on upper arm
Clean the skin at the place from where the blood has to be collected with an antiseptic dipped cotton swab.
Pierce the needle in the vein. Draw blood in the syringe and transfer to serum separator tube.
Make a thin smear on a glass slide.
Apply allergen banana on it.
