When the body reacts against harmless proteins found in foods, then Food Allergy happens. The reaction usually happens immeadiatly after a food is eaten. Process of obtaining blood sample in adults: An alcohol pad is used to clean the skin. A needle is then injected through the part of rinsed skin into to your vein specifically in the one that can be seen from the skin. The blood is dragged out from the needle by a nozzle, saved in a vessel and sealed with your name. This sample is carried to the research laboratory for examination.

Process of Skin test : A skin test (also called a scratch test) is the most common allergy test. With this test, the doctor or nurse will put a tiny bit of an allergen (like pollen or food) on the skin. then prick the outer layer of skin or make a small scratch on the skin. If the area swells up and becomes red (like a mosquito bite)

The test is said to be positive, meaning that the child is allergic to that substance. Skin testing allows the doctor to see within about 15 minutes if a child is allergic to the substances tested.
