Is it dangerous to make the food in aluminium utensil ,like pressure cooker etc. Please tell me.
if you are using aluminium utensil for long time then it might be dangerous. Food cooked in aluminium vessels or in aluminium foil can absorb aluminium because aluminium dissolves into food and water during the cooking process. This absorbed aluminium goes into the bloodstream and accumulates in different organs in different people causing a multitude of effects. Some unpleasant effects of eating food cooked in aluminium are hyperacidity, indigestion, flatulence, skin problems like pigmentation, eczema, dandruff and chronic inflammation of the intestine, which may be diagnosed or mis-diagnosed as Ulcerative colitis, Crohn's disease or as chronic amoebic dysentery. Aluminium reduces growth of bone and predisposes to osteoporosis. The simple measure of replacing aluminium cooking vessels with stainless steel or cast iron vessels is often effective in curing these ailments.

Aluminium cooking utensils are safe. Probably. For most consumers the amount of aluminium absorbed into food from cooking utensils is unlikely to be harmful. Stainless steel. Stainless steel cookware is available in different alloys, with 10/18 being the safest. Stainless steel cookware is available in different alloys, with 10/18 being the safest. This indicates 10 percent of the metal is nickel, which provides the shine, and 18 percent is chromium, which makes the metal non-corrosive. Stainless steel pans may have a layer of stainless over a copper or aluminum core. The core provides good heat transfer, and the stainless steel provides a safe cooking surface. Stainless steel may leach small amounts of nickel in some circumstances, which could be of concern to those with nickel allergies.

Use stainless steel for cooking food. This is not the reason for grey hair. Premature greying is greying before the age of 30 yr. There are various reasons for grey hair. Genetic predisposition, stress, nutritional deficiency, thyroid problem are few of the reason. Proteins are important for production of melanin. So food rich in proteins are good for hair. Sprouts, beans, nuts, soya are good source of proteins. Consult trichologist for treatment of greying.

Factors like hormonal changes in the body, excessive use of cosmetic products, improper skin care, stress and genetics contribute to this problem. Blackheads commonly occur on the face, particularly the nose. They can also appear on the chest, back, neck, arms and shoulders. If left untreated, they can spur acne breakouts. 1. Mix two teaspoons of baking soda with mineral water to make a paste. Apply the paste generously on the affected skin area and massage gently. Allow it to dry for a few minutes before rinsing it off with warm water. Repeat this remedy once or twice a week. 2. Put a few drops of honey on half a lemon. For extra exfoliation, you can also add a little sugar. Gently rub the lemon on your face, especially on the blackhead prone areas. Rinse it off after 10 minutes. Repeat once or twice a week. You can also mix fresh lemon juice with milk or rosewater to create a facial cleanser and use a few times a week.
