If you are not having any other problem except sweating then it is physiological. No need to worry for that. Use talcum powder two times a day, if you do not get any relief than consult a dermatologist as there are various aluminium salts available which you can get after a dermatological prescription.

If all tests are normal including thyroid test then it is hyperhidrosis. Might be due to sympathetic overactivity. There are aluminium salts available in market but pls consult a dermatologist and get screened for thyroid.

I am 24 year old male working as a software engineer. I have a problem with excessive sweating on my palms and sole of my feet. The sweating seems to be triggered by heat, humidity and stress. However, I have observed it getting triggered even when I think about it. This is causing a lot of issues since my hands are always clammy and I prefer not to shake hands with people.

How long should I take the medicine? Should I pay 1999 again or consult the doctor again. I have asked for a medicine for sweating.

Using aluminium-based antiperspirants, bathing daily and wearing clothing made of natural materials that allow the skin to breathe may help reduce sweating. Further needed any help I will suggest you personal conversation.

My son is working in a pvt. Firm . He forced to wear shoes for nearly 10 hours a day continuously. As he reached home and removed shoes/socks, very much bad smell is coming which is unbearable and uncontrolled. Please suggest the suitable medicine or advise to resolve the above issue.

This is one of common problem we are having these days. Replace your socks everyday. Use normal talcum powder on both feet evrday twice in a day. Cosult me there after. Aluminium salts are also available in market, but they should be used after a dermatlogist consultation. And pls do tell him to wash feet wd normal soap twice. Thanks.
