Hello, thanks for the query.
I have seen the details mentioned. Both the capsules are similar as they are combination of multivitamins, minerals and in cd there are omega 3 fats. You can take one of those. However, most important is to maintain a strict blood glucose control that is to have fbg < 100 mg, pp 150 to 160 mg & hba1c% <6.5%. Since nothing is mentioned about the glucose levels and drugs being taken including weight, height and extent of exercise, no further comments can be made. Thanks.

The main cause of getting infected from hiv is unprotected sex.
Hiv is a virus that lives in human blood, sexual fluids, and breast milk. It weakens your immune system, so your body has a hard time fighting off common germs, viruses, fungi, and other invaders. Hiv doesn't live in saliva, tears, pee, or sweat -- so it can't be spread by casual contact with these body fluids.
If still in doubt, connect with me via call for right consultation.
It’s recommended that you test for hiv and other sexually transmitted infections (stis) at least once a year if you’re having sex, even if you always use protection. You might want to test more regularly than this, for example, if you are having sex with a new partner or feel you are more at risk. Groups who are more at risk are recommended to test more regularly. Testing every 3-6 months is often advised for men who have sex with men. Testing regularly helps keep your mind at rest, and if you test positive, it means you can start treatment quickly, protecting your health.

Your cd4 count low. Take proper care of your diet and include fresh fruits and vegetables in your diet to build your immunity. Also consume dairy products like milk, eggs after proper cooking to build up protein in your body. No one can just assume that you are hiv positive just by your physical appearance. Although extreme weight loss, frequent ill health, diarrhea and fever may suspect people around you for ill health. Therefore continue your antiretroviral treatment without failure and maintain good health.
