Dear , Simple cortical cyst with calcification is no trouble. It does not damage kidney and is to be left alone or at the most to be kept under supervision as your urologist has suggested. However i would like to point out that if you have preserved the stone fragments then get its chemical analysis done so that one could know for sure what the stone is formed of from that the likely cause of the stone formation as it is formed because of some underlying cause which must be detected and treated so that recurrent formation of stone can be prevented. First do USG Abdomen KUB. And consult with the reports. Protein in urine means there are some structural damage to kidneys. So better not to take it lightly. And it is clearly suggestive from the increasing amount in present reports then the previous one.

lybrate-user, Thanks for the query In a diabetic patient it is absolutely essential to get blood glucose levels in strict control. Because uncontrolled diabetes affects all the vital organs including kidneys. Since she is diabetic, it is necessary to maintain fasting glucose closer to 100 mg, PP 160 to 170 mg & HbA1c% <7. That will help Her electrolyte levels are with in normal limnit, there is no reason to worry. Thanks.

All the test have been done for knowing the status of your kidney which can be considered as normal and liver function test results are not mentioned.
