If you have leg pain then you have to rule out the causes for having leg pain. First of all check your weight and your haemoglobin levels, as anaemia always leads to the symptoms of being tired and also having leg pain though there are no issues with the knee joint or back pain. If not if the pain radiates down the back of thigh and legs then it might be due to sciatica. Kindly consult the nearby physiotherapist. Hope you recover soon from the leg pain.
First of all we need to find the cause of fever because serum creatinine could get raised either due to acute kidney injury, and we need to check whether this raised creatinine is due to any chronic issue, raised uric acid needs to get treated as it also cause kidney issue and joint problem, please take a appointment so that detailed history could be taken to rule out these issues and then appropriate treatment could be initiated. Thank you.
Dear sir
kidney functions can be deranged during acute infections. Whether that is so in your case is difficult to tell. Definitely creatinine is higher and further investigation must be done to find out the cause.
If you mean the drip it is fine and safe. However, the water in the lungs (as you said) called the pleural effusion can be tb and it is the matter to be considered. The hemoglobin is also very low which can affect the baby.
treatment depends on the severity...Fungus or yeast infection....common around skin folds like thighs and genitals.. avoid sweating, sharing clothes, towels and soap.. specific medicine required depends on the severity.. for detailed prescription do direct online consultation by sending photos.

Blasts in CSF is not a rare finding in B ALL. Majority of them get with cured with treatment, though there is a slightly increase risk of CNS relapse in such cases. Your mother will receive little high doses of chemotherapy along with particular drugs which have a higher CNS penetration and intrathecal injections. She may require radiotherapy to brain too. CSF needs to be tested for blasts during subsequent intrathecal injection till it becomes negative.
