Hello lybrate-user. If you want to cure it then take homoeopathic treatment. Allopathic treatment has no solution. And next stage is hepatitis and cirrhosis of liver or cancer of liver. So be careful and take appropriate treatment without failing.

If he is HIV positive no matter if the viral load is low also it has the risk of transmission ,so I would like to recommend not to indulge in sex henseforth. Atleast have protected intercourse if it is not possible.

For hepatitis B surface antibody (anti-HBs), a level less than 5 mIU is considered negative, while a level more than 12 mIU is considered protective. Any value between 5 and 12 mIU is indeterminate and should be repeated. So you have positive level of HbSAg For hepatitis B surface antibody (anti-HBs), a level less than 5 mIU is considered negative, while a level more than 12 mIU is considered protective. Any value between 5 and 12 mIU is indeterminate and should be repeated. Thus in your case the viral load of HB is negative

Being HIV positive is not a contraindication for treatment of varicose veins. Most of the cities in India have trained vascular surgeons. Please consult one in or near the place of your residence and get the treatment done. Take care.

In a person with detectable HBsAg, an HBV viral load greater than 20,000 international units per milliliter (IU/mL) of blood indicates that the virus is active and has the greatest potential to cause damage to the liver.
