I am sorry to hear about your concern but will be happy to assist you.
When used this way, it is called a viral load test. The hiv rna test is deemed to be 100% conclusive if done after 10 to 12 days from the date of exposure. There are some theories that say this test becomes less accurate from about 3 months post exposure.
Let's connect over a call so that we can discuss your concern in details and make a suitable treatment plan for you.

Dear user. Thanks for the question. HIV spread through Contact between broken skin, wounds, or mucous membranes and HIV-infected blood or blood-contaminated body fluids. Deep, open-mouth kissing if both partners have sores or bleeding gums and blood from the HIV-positive partner gets into the bloodstream of the HIV-negative partner. HIV is not spread through saliva.

You are hiv negative.
Risk may be for other std. Do hbsag and vdrl tests
to better understand the causes, risk and consequences of stds, please take a private consult and then I can guide you properly and tell you what you need to do.
Good day Mr. lybrate-user. That's a range of tests you have done but have you confirmed the HIV status of your source first? I want you to stay calm and stubborn first and confirm the HIV status of your source, if your source is negative for HIV then you won't be getting infected. As it's been 12 weeks past the probable infection and your recent ELISA is negative for HIV then you are safe and probably not infected. But as per NACO guidelines I suggest you to repeat a simple antibody test after 24 weeks which is final.
I wish you all the best and you can contact me if you still need further assistance.
TENOLAM E tablet will last for whole life.
Even your viral load is below detectable limit or not detected even then you must have to conrinue your mediccine
Quanittative TEst is use full for monitoring of HIV treatment It is not useful for diagnosis
you need another kind of special test at present
or at 6 month repeat HIV CMIA.

Mr. lybrate-user, Blood glucose level of 256 mg is very high. It has to be brought down as early as possible with appropriate medication. To be in control fasting should be closer to 100 mg, PP should be 150 to 160 mg mg & HbA1c% <6.8. If this is not done, then you are inviting severe long term complications of diabetes related multiple vital organs. Plus looking at your weight and height it clear that you are obese with a BMI of over 30 kgs/M2. This has to be brought down to 23 kgs/M2. A person with diabetes can eat following fruits like papaya, apple, orange, sweet lime, water melon, guava, pear & pomegranate but only about 100 g a day, that too when blood glucose is well controlled. Thanks.
