Though, we used to prescribe calutide 50 mg once a day after orchidectomy. Did he have metastatic prostate cancer? # calutide is like a friend which turns into enemy later on. So, calutide is stopped if psa starts rising again. You do not need to stop calutide at present. Calutide initially works against cancer and then works with cancer. Rising psa is an indicator.
