Hi, Yes you can atleast for a month. Take it at bedtime in water and not with milk. Iron rich foods like Dates, Anjeer, Dark green leafy vegetables to be added.

It might be due to stomach problem as well. You can get it checked and go accordingly. Cbc and lft you can get it done to get to know about the exact reason.

Hi, Kindly get yourself examined before coming to a conclusion regarding any ailment. Iron rich foods are Garden cress seeds, Bajra, Watermelon ,Leafy vegetables, Dates, Anjeer, Jaggery etc.

Hi, This is one of the symptoms of anemia. Include iron rich foods like Garden cress seeds ladoo with Dates, Jaggery, Anjeer. Leafy vegetables, Red Poha, Bajra, Watermelon etc. Have lemon in meals to improve the absorption of iron.

Hi, Iron supplement helps in improving the ferritin levels in the body. Which means you will have better energy levels and sleep. Also you will not get tired or feel weak. Iron should be only taken till recomended as excess can affect your liver health.

I have 12 haemoglobin, transferrin saturation is 7%, tibc 413 microgram per dl, uibc is 57.7 micro mol per litre. My doctor prescribed iron supplements, t3 lc soft gelatin capsule. Need your help if the medication is correct or not. Also would like to know if it is the case of iron deficiency or iron overloaded. Appreciate your help.

Hi, Yes this is for all the components of blood. It is iron deficiency not overload. Also include iron rich foods in your diet like Dark green leafy vegetables, Watermelon, Dates, Dried fig, Bajra,Brown Poha, Garden cress seeds the richest source of iron. These seeds can be soaked overnight and taken with lemon. Lemon water a source of vitamin C can be taken for good absorption of iron.

Hi, Ideally if your haemoglobin remains this low consistently, then find out the reason if you are Thalessemic minor. One tablet of iron per day should be fine as too much iron can lead to contipation. Also it gets stored in the liver.
