The main cause of getting infected from hiv is unprotected sex.
Hiv is a virus that lives in human blood, sexual fluids, and breast milk. It weakens your immune system, so your body has a hard time fighting off common germs, viruses, fungi, and other invaders. Hiv doesn't live in saliva, tears, pee, or sweat -- so it can't be spread by casual contact with these body fluids.

You have lo repeat your test after six months any how you washed your hand after twenty min then there is no chance of transmission from your hand as hiv virus changes its code very fast soon after coming in contact with air.
If you test negative on an antibody test taken 3 months or longer after your last possible risk of possible exposure to HIV, you can feel safe in assuming that you do not have the virus. If for some reason you feel anxiety about relying on the 3-month result, you could opt to have another test taken again at 6 months.

I am sorry to hear about your concern but will be happy to assist you.
The hiv rna test is deemed to be 100% conclusive if done after 10 to 12 days from the date of exposure. There are some theories that say this test becomes less accurate from about 3 months post exposure. This is because at 3 months post exposure, the body would have made antibodies to fight the hiv virus.
Let's connect over a call so that we can discuss your concern in details and make a suitable treatment plan for you.

ANSWER 1ST Q. YOU ARE HIV NEGATIVE IF YOUR PCR DNA TEST OF HIV IS NEGATIVE IN CASE YOU HAVE NOT EXPOSED YOURSELF TO UNPROTECTED SEX WITH HIV POSITIVE PERSON HOMOSEXUAL OR HETROSEXUAL By ANY ROUTE ANAL, ORAL VAGINAL. AFTER TEST YOU DO NOT NEED ANOTHER HIV TEST, BECAUSE ONCE NEGATIVE TEST WILL REMAIN NEGATIVE IF YOU DO NOT EXPOSE TO UNPROTECTED SEX.
ANSWER 2. HIV VIRUS REMAIN ALIVE IN HERMETICALLY SEALED SYRINGE (MEANS AIR TIGHT SYRINGE) FOR 28 DAYS, NORMALLY HIV VIRUS DO NOT SURVIVE OUTSIDE THE BODY
SHARING OF SYRINGE OF HIV POSITIVE PERSON IS AN AN EFFECTIVE WAY OF HIV TRANSMISSION. IT IS SAID THAT PERSON WITH LOW VIRAL LOAD CHANCES OR LESS BUT IF VIRAL LOAD IS HIGH IT IS 100% SURE TRANSMISSION.
Hi, Hopefully if all your previous tests has turned out to be negative then, no need to worry. Your pcr report will also be negative and you will not fall into a hiv positive patient.

Dear user. Thanks for the question. I can understand. HIV spread through Contact between broken skin, wounds, or mucous membranes and HIV-infected blood or blood-contaminated body fluids. Deep, open-mouth kissing if both partners have sores or bleeding gums and blood from the HIV-positive partner gets into the bloodstream of the HIV-negative partner. HIV is not spread through saliva. Take care.
High level of HBV DNA, which can range from tens of thousands up to billions, indicate high rates of HBV replication. Moderate HBV DNA rates are around 10,000 IU/mL and low or undetectable levels are less than 2,000 IU/mL and indicate an “inactive” infection.
YOu have positive infection and need to take care.
