Absolute Lymphocyte Count test is done on a sample of blood to calculate the level of Absolute Lymphocyte Count in the blood. It is performed to detect Infectious Mononucleosis, Leukemia, Lymphoma and Tuberculosis. It is also known as ALC Automated Blood.
