Myasthenia gravis (MG) is an antibody mediated autoimmune neuromuscular disorder that induce fatigable weakness in the skeletal muscles. It happens when there is an impairment caused in the communication between the nerve cells and the muscles. This impairment obstructs the occurrence of the crucial muscle contractions, resulting in muscle weakness. Myasthenia-Gravis is the most common prime disorder of neuromuscular transmission.
