It looks like you are anaemic. If you have back pain after you sit for long hours then it is due to your haemoglobin levels as it is important to check that. Anaemia always leads to the symptoms of being tired and also having back / leg pain though there may not be any pathological reasons for back pain. It looks like you are anaemic. And also you have to check with your vitamin and calcium, if the bones are weak then automatically the pain gets triggered more as there is less energy during any metabolic activity.

Check with mri if there are any soft tissue problems to avoid any more damage to muscles and nerves. Meanwhile you can apply diclofenac ointment to the area of pain and cover it with a cloth for 10 mins. Clean it with warm water following hot water fermentation, this process provides some quick relief from pain.

Leg swelling generally occurs because of an abnormal accumulation of fluid in the tissues of the lower extremity. Common causes of leg swelling include idiopathic edema (swelling of unknown cause), overweight, is older, salt retention, cellulitis, congestive heart failure, venous insufficiency, pregnancy, and medication side effects. Some tips that may help reduce swelling: 1.Put your legs on pillows to raise them above your heart while lying down. 2.Exercise your legs. This helps pump fluid from your legs back to your heart. 3.Follow a low-salt diet, which may reduce fluid buildup and swelling. 4.Wear support stockings (sold at most drugstores and medical supply stores). 5.When traveling, take breaks often to stand up and move around. 6.Avoid wearing tight clothing or garters around your thighs. 7.Lose weight if you need to.

. Exercise helps maintain muscle tone. It also helps preserve and recover joint range of motion and function. Your doctor may recommend a physical therapist to design an appropriate exercise program. It is important to balance activity with rest. Although pain sometimes limits sports and physical activity, children with juvenile arthritis can often fully participate when symptoms are under control. Swimming is a particularly good exercise because it uses many joints and muscles without putting weight on the joints. In some cases, splints and other devices can help maintain joint alignment. Splints. Splinting is useful in children with juvenile arthritis, either at night or during the day, to reduce inflammation and prevent contractures. Splints (braces made of plastic or other materials) are often used in the arm and hand to prevent contractures of the fingers and wrists. Additional options. In addition to medications, warm baths or an electric blanket may help soothe sore joints.

Take rest and wear mcr chappals so that the body weight does't fall on the calf muscles while walking and moving around. Rest is the only medicine here and that's the permanent solution for the calf muscles to completely heal.

This might be due to lack of blood circulation in the hands and we suggest to do contrast bath therapy ie. Immersing in cold/hot water in the interval of 3-5 minutes which will help you reduce the pain. If there is muscle tear then you have to apply pop by consulting a near by ortho doctor.
