How to quit chewing non smoking tobacco? I am addicted of chewing more than 10 years.

How do we quit our bad habits ?feel like we are’t capable of doing it and that thing kills us from inside. Like smoking a cigarette cannot be more important than me!

1. Identify your triggers to arousal and avoid them 2. Limit your exposure to pornographic material. 3. Stash sex-objects. 4. Limit your internet use 5. Distracting yourself-- do something else. Try to be as busy as possible during the day and night. Keep your mind focused on activities that do not stimulate your sexual fantasies. 6. Exercise. Exercise may help reduce sexual desires. If you masturbate to reduce stress at times, exercise is a healthy alternative because it releases endorphins in your brain which make you feel happier and less stressed 7. Keep your bladder as empty as possible. The urge to urinate can be mistaken by the body as the urge for sex/masturbation. Go to the bathroom before you go to sleep at night and immediately when you wake up in the morning. Even if you feel the slightest urge to urinate, relieve yourself as soon as possible. 8. Go to sleep when you are really tired. This way, you will fall asleep quickly after lying down in bed and not spend time in bed trying to fall asleep 9. Get out of bed immediately in the morning. When you wake up in the morning at the set time, get out of bed as soon as possible and avoid lying in bed awake. Such is a time when masturbation is likely to occur.

Been 12 days since I quit smoking, cold turkey. I also take nixit 2 mg lozenge, twice a day. I knew i'll be eating more because of cravings, so i've been working alternate days and drinking 8 glasses of water every day. I'm still putting on 0.2 kgs every day. From 63, i've gone to 65 in just 12 days.

Follow this 1. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up). I'm 25 years old, I am a lot overweight and I used to smoke a lot but i'm trying to quit and haven't smoked in a month. What is the best course of action for me to lose weight? And also I used to stay up all night and sleep in the morning through the day and before that I used to sleep less but now my sleep schedule is almost back to normal. Main 5-6 saal se continue ciggarette pe rha hu. Kya ap mujhe bata sakte hai kya ki kitne din me main recover kar sakta hu. Or kaise. Koi exercise suggests kar sakte hai.

Recently quit marijuana after smoking it everyday for about 3 years. I also quit hookah and cigarettes about 2 weeks ago. I'm 9 days clean of marijuana and in starting to experience severe chest pains especially at night and its beginning to worry me.

Hi, one of my friends wants to quit smoking and drinking suddenly in a day. He smokes ten cigarettes and drinks 180 ml of alcohol and one beer once a week. Is it ok? Because he does’t like to detox as he cannot afford it. Apart from drinking water, are there any home remedies to detox? By the way, he wants to go to a gym as well. Are his actions safe?

Smoking can be stopped suddenly. No problem 180 ml alcohol also has no problem but do not start gym for one month.
