The risk of overdose depends on several factors such as weight, tolerance, purity and potency of the drug. Even small amounts of crystal meth can have severe health consequences, including heart attack, stroke, and seizures. Furthermore, it's important to note that crystal meth is illegal, and its usage, possession or distribution can have severe legal consequences. If you or someone you know is struggling with addiction to crystal meth, I encourage you to seek professional help from a qualified addiction specialist or medical professional. Treatment options such as therapy, medication-assisted treatment, and support groups are available and effective in aiding recovery. Please note that as a medical professional, I strongly advise against the use of crystal meth and encourage individuals to seek help if addicted to the drug.

Someone I know consumed 6 dolo 650 tablets. Is that overdose? What are the possible repercussions?

The maximum daily dose for paracetamol is 4grams per day. 6 x 650 = 3.9grams. No need to worry. However these values vary with individuals therefore immediate hospitalization is advised for further care. Paracetamol toxicity affects the liver, and causes irreversible liver damage and death at high concentrations. { 9 to 10grams a day is potentially fatal }

My friend (29f) is under covid treatment and almost recovered, doing well. Doctor prescribed two paracetamol tablets. One for daily (paracip 650 mg) and other for sos (hifenac-p 425 mg). But by mistake my friend had taken both paracetamol tablets at once. Should it be considered as overdose and needs to be treated? Please advice.

Please mention why you were prescribed vitamin d.if theres no urgency you may leave it for a month and restart. Please consult a physician for more details if required.
