Phosphate is usually measured in urine test, it is a sample collected within 24 hours. It is a part of our body which helps in repairing and building our muscles, bones and reconstruct which helps the nervous system to function. The main function of phosphorus is the kidney; it removes and filters the urine that passes through our body.
