If this is due to poor oral hygiene you can use this home remedy -take a cut lemon piece soak with soda bi carbonate and rub on teeth for two minutes and than wash properly, do this once in a week.
Visit a dental surgeon for checkup and see if bleaching can solve your problem use colgate whitening paste and do regular mouthwash to maintain oral health in case the stains are due to fluorosis than it will be a hard job to cure but this can be done and have faith on your doctor.

The stains are the result of ingredients of tooth powder. You can easily get rid of them by getting the scaling and polishing done at a local dentist. Its highly impossible to remove gutka stains from teeth. Kindly consult a dentist in person advise deep cleaning, polishing, whitening (bleaching) procedures, artificial enamel filling or capping. Advance procedures can be done with laser. Use snowdent tooth paste for whitening until then. Apply snowdent paste on the teeth. Wait for 10 to 15 min. Then brush your teeth with the same paste. Bake bread until its shell becomes charred. Get a small portion of its charred peel and mix with toothpaste; brush your teeth with this mixture before bedtime. With this mixture you should not use frequently, 2 times /per day. Your teeth will improve significantly. Keep the remaining part in the cool place for the next time. Don’t mix with toothpaste.
