your child most probably having viral diarrhoea. it is common to have temporary milk indigestion problem after viral diarroea. but it will resolve spontaneously after few days. meanwhile if he is having to much loose motion you may try milk free soft diet like, daliya, khichadi. for confirmation of diagnosis may go for stool examination of child. stool with viral diarrhoea will be frothy, acidic may have reducing substance and does not contain any RBC, WBC, ova and cyst.
Your baby reports are absolutely normal see in case of a viral fever it last for 3 days and its symptoms subsides automatically you just need to give antipyeretic medicine that could be a calpol or Ibugesic syrup which will reduce her fever not to do any other test which are not mandatory to do in the case of a such a small baby.
