Hi. I am 31 years old guy. I have got two questions to ask. First one is that I have a doubt that I am having piles as after passing stools when I try to wash my anus with water I can feel a small swelling comes out and few minutes after washing my anus it disappears. I don't have any bleeding though. I have a difficulty while stooling as my initial stools are really hard and I have to give a lot of stress during stooling initially. I want to know whether I am having piles or fistula and how to reduce swelling? My second question is that my stools have never been this hard like what I am experiencing these days. What medicine should I take to make my initial stools soft as I have to give a lot of stress during stooling initially. Please help me.

Dear, 1you are suffering from first degree piles-haemorrhoids. It is not fistula. 2. Hard toilet means constipation which is a lifestyle problem and not a disease. To treat, 1. Increase fluid intake, 2. Takr emolient laxative like duphlec sy or cremaffin plus 1 tsf at night, 3, take naturrolax grannules or isabagol powder 3-4 tsf in at least 300 ml. Of water, 4. Apply zincal ointment twice a day inside anus, 5. Take high fiberand high redue diet, 6. Avoid taking pain killers so far as possible, 7. Increase physical activity like4 walking, playing physical games or exercises regularly, 8. Keep regular hours of sleep and food.

My daughter age is 4+.I have done stool test there it has mentioned reducing sugar - present (trace) what does this mean?

It doesn't have any significance. If child have diarrhoea with loss of weight, than you are suppose to reduce milk and milk products in diet. But trace have no significance and it doesn't Warren any precaution.

Relaxation helps you to reduce anxiety. keep yourself cool and calm. Why do you feel so anxious when you sit in the class. There is no need to fear. Sit with one of your close friend. You are going to learn and there is no need to fear about it. Tell yourself everyday that you will not be anxious in the classroom and take deep breath. Doing pranayama also helps to reduce your anxiety.

Both side of my anus has bulge and while passing stool comes out and then goes inside. There is no other issue like blood, irritation, pain etc. Kindly advise how to reduce the bleaching of my anus side?

this is not any bulge of anus... this is called protrution of anus. this condition can be connected with piles and its arise mainly due to constant straining during stool, due to constipation. If its goes by itself then there are good chances you can be cured by homoeopathic treatment, once it stops going in by itself, then any treatment cannot help and surgery is the last option.

Anal fistula is the medical term for an infected tunnel that develops between the skin and the muscular opening at the end of the digestive tract (anus). Most anal fistulas are the result of an infection that starts in an anal gland. This infection results in an abscess that drains spontaneously or is drained surgically through the skin next to the anus. The fistula then forms a tunnel under the skin and connects with the infected gland. Causes--Most fistulas result from an anal abscess. A small number of fistulas may less frequently be caused by other processes such as Chrons disease, sexually transmitted diseases, trauma, tuberculosis, cancer, or diverticulitis Symptoms-- The following may be symptoms or signs of an anal fistula · Recurrent anal abscess · Pain and swelling around abscess · Pain with bowel movements · Bleeding · Bloody or foul-smelling pus from an opening around the anus. The pain may decrease after the fistula drains. · Irritation of the skin around the anus due to persistent drainage. · Fever, chills, and a general feeling of fatigue.
