Alernyl T Syrup

Alernyl T Syrup helps in reducing chest congestion caused by the infections, common cold or allergies. Being an expectorant, it works by loosening congestion in your throat and chest, making it easier to cough out through the mouth.

Do not use this medication if you are allergic to it. Children below 4 years of age should not use this medication. It is also advised to not use this syrup if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Inform your doctor about your health condition and current medications. You should get medical help immediately if you experience any signs of severe allergic reactions such as difficulty in breathing, hives, swelling of your tongue, face, lips or throat. Less serious Alernyl T Syrup side effects may include dizziness, nausea, vomiting, headache, a rash or stomach upset.

Alernyl T Syrup is an expectorant which reduces adhesiveness and surface tension of congealed mucous in upper respiratory tract to increase flow of mucous, stimulating and increasing efficiency of the cilia to remove the accumulated mucous.

Whenever you take more than one medicine, or mix it with certain foods or beverages, you"re at risk of a drug interaction.
