Home remedies:
mix powdered indian gooseberry (amla; amalaki) and sesame seeds in equal amounts. Take 1 teaspoon twice a day with water.
Heat 250 milliliters of coconut oil in a pan, and add 3-4 indian gooseberries cut into pieces. Heat until the gooseberries turn dark brown or black. Use the oil for a hair massage 2-3 times a week.
Take 1 cup of curry leaves and grind them with 1 cup of buttermilk. Apply this to the hair for 1 hour, and then wash the hair with an herbal shampoo.

Prepare a paste by mixing equal quantities of saffron, turmeric, margosa (neem), red sandalwood, basil, and fuller’s earth with buttermilk or milk. Apply twice a day.
Prepare a powdered mixture of coriander seeds, fennel, basil, turmeric, and Indian gooseberry (amla; amalaki) in equal parts. Take ½ teaspoon of this powder 15 minutes before lunch and dinner.

Hello sir. As you did not mentioned the blood sugar value & blood pressure. For blood sugar have 1 full spoon turmeric and 1 full spoon amalaki (gooseberry) choorna paste (add some water) at early morning on empty stomach daily. Drink coconut shell boiled water. For blood pressure reduce salt, deep fried, tinned food items. Drink milk boiled with crushed garlic (5-6 in no) empty stomach early morning, consult with an ayurvedic physician for the same.

Relax, Take hairtonz capsule, 1 cap, thrice a day, after meals (Chew it). Take amalaki rasyana. 3 tabs, twice day, empty stomach. Take triphala powder, 1 tsf in hot water at bed time, regularly. Apply neelibhringadi oil for massage over the scalp. Continue the regime for 2 months. Cut down sugar, salt, spicy food, fast food in your diet. Take more of liquid diet like khichdi, daliya, moong daal, kaddu, tinde, rama tori in your diet, regularly. Good luck.
