Ambrodil LX Syrup

This medication is a combination of bronchodilator and expectorant. It also contains a systemically active mucolytic agent. The syrup works by breaking down the structure of mucus in the lungs and therefore facilitating expectoration. It treats acute and chronic respiratory diseases accompanied by elevated mucus production.

You should not take this medicine if you are allergic to it. Also, avoid if you are breastfeeding, ever had Stevens-Johnson syndrome and 12 years old or younger. Take extra precaution while using this medication if you have a liver disorder, kidney failure, or stomach ulcers
