AZEFLO

    Azeflo is a nasal spray and its use is advised in cases of acute rhinosinusitis (ARS). Sinuses and nasal inflammation caused by common cold are also indications when the spray could offer relief. 2 drops of the spray is applied in each nostril, preferably twice daily. People with hypersensitivity issue should avoid Azeflo nasal spray. Side effects may include sleepiness, headache, nose bleed etc.

Tab.Cefuroxime 500 mg twice a day for 1 week
Tab.Allegra-M daily 1 at bed time and Flomist nasal spray 2 puffs twice a day along with that steam inhalation twice a day for 2 weeks.
After that get a CT scan done to find out any underlying patholgy.

First get a X ray PNS done. If sinusitis there, take tab augmentin 625 thrice daily for a week followed by tab cetrizine and azeflo nasal spray.

If only for 11 days,try tab lorfast 1 tab/day for 5 days with azeflo nasal sprey 1 puff each nostril twice day. Avoid cold ,dust and smoke.

Dear Stanley.
It seems you have allergic rhinitis with concomitant asthma. Please tell how frequent your symptom is, do you have wheezing sound at night, any family history, do you smoke.
For the time being you may take tablet like telekast L. Also try nasal spray Azeflo.

Most likely having bronchial asthma with allergic rhinitis.Almost no chances of COPD.Get spirometry done to confirm diagnosis of asthma.Total Ige and phadiatop adult allergy screening blood test to r/o allergy trigers. Take telekast f 1 tab/day with budamate 200 2 puff twice/day through transspacer. Consult a pulmonologist if no relief.No ashlin inhalation regularly is required.

I st of all stop using otrivin nasal drops" the main culprit here. Start him on tab. Allegra-m daily 1 at bed time and flomist nasal spray 2 puffs twice a day for 2-3 weeks. Get ct scan done after this.

For sinusitis start tab.Montair-L daily at bed time, duonase nasal spray 2 puffs twice a day, steam inhalation for 2 weeks and after that get CT scan done to find out any pathology.For gastritis tab.Pantop 40 mg daily empty stomach and syp divol-LA 2 tea spoon full after meals for 2 weeks.Avoid hot and spicy food.

That means u r having allergic problem in the nose.Start tab. Montair-L daily 1 at bedtime ,Duonase nasal spray 2 puffs twice a day and steam inhalation for 2-3 weeks.
