About Brintop F 5% Topical Solution

this is a combination medication which has Finasteride and Minoxidil as active ingredients. It is used in the treatment of hair growth and male pattern baldness. This medication does not affect receding hairline and baldness at the front part of the scalp. About 2 percent of this medication is used in women who have thinning hair. It falls under a category of drugs known as vasodilators.

On using may experience certain side effects. These are skin rash, itchiness, acne, redness of the skin, a burning sensation on the scalp, facial hair growth and a sudden increase in hair loss. Certain rare reactions that may occur in case too much of this medication is absorbed into the body are problems with

It stimulates the hair growth by prolonging the anagen phase of the hair growth by promoting the survival of human dermal papillary cells (DPCs).
