About C Tax 250 MG Injection

C Tax 250 MG Injection is a part of the class of medicines called cephalosporin. This broad spectrum antibiotic cures wide variety of infections of lungs, brain and bones that are caused by bacteria. This medication specifically treats joint infections, meningitis, pelvic inflammatory disease, pneumonia, sepsis, urinary tract infections, gonorrhea, and cellulitis. It is administered into the body by injecting it either into a vein or a muscle. In some cases, it can also cause pain at the injection site.

It is advised not to take this medicine if you are hypersensitive to C Tax 250 MG Injection or other medication belonging to the category of cephalosporins. Some medical conditions and diseases can also interact with it, so inform your doctor about it. C Tax 250 MG Injection can cause a few side effects like inflammation at the site of infusion, nausea and vomiting, rash, diarrhoea, pruritus, or fever.       C Tax 250 MG Injection helps in treating septicemia which is an infection of the blood caused by Staphylococci and Streptococcus pyogenes.

    • Gonococcal Infection

      It is used to cure gonococcal infection which is a sexually transmitted bacterial infection caused by Neisseria gonorrhoeae.

    • Urinary Tract Infection

      It treats infections of the urinary tract caused by E.coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Enterococci and Klebsiella pneumoniae.

    • Pneumonia

      C Tax 250 MG Injection is used to cure community-acquired pneumonia. It is a common type of lung infection caused by Streptococcus pneumoniae and Haemophilus influenzae.

    • Osteomyelitis

      C Tax 250 MG Injection is used to cure bone and joint infections like septic arthritis and osteomyelitis caused by Staphylococci and Streptococci species.

    • Skin And Structure Infection

      C Tax 250 MG Injection helps in treating Skin and structure infection like cellulitis, wound infection and cutaneous abscess caused by Streptococcus pyogenes and Staphylococcus aureus.
