Foods rich in calcium are the best source; such as non-fat or low-fat dairy foods, including milk, yogurt. Other sources of calcium are dark green vegetables, such as broccoli and kale, and oily fish, such as sardines and salmon with bones. Orange juice is often calcium-fortified, and some cereals have added calcium.

No need to give milk forcefully. Every child has there own likes and dislikes. Instead of milk if she is taking milk products like curd cheese its ok. Even if not this then just ensure that she has a healthy diet. Milk is not essential. By giving her forcefully you are ensuring that she never takes milk in her life. So stop it.

Dear lybrate-user, certainly breastfeeding & rearing per se is full time job, quite demanding. Unfortunately the list of medicines you have displayed is of brand names type. Difficult to comment as they differ, manufacturing company & geographical area wise. However they are too many & probably you are taking too many. By this time, in fact you must stop breastfeeding & wean your child. Things will set back to normal.
