You can take ceefix 200 for the rest two days as both drugs are same . It is not sulfa and sulphur is not used these days

Zifi 200 (assuming you mean cefixime 200 mg) is an antibiotic commonly used to treat bacterial infections. It's possible that your symptoms improved because of the antibiotic, but it's concerning that you still have some pain and redness.

Considering your age, site of pain, your family doctor may be correct in diagnosis. To confirm that you should visit a surgeon and get treated. As such your ongoing antibiotic is concern, don't about the side effects, as they are usually rare, usually mild and very short term. It is safe, don't worry.

Antibiotics should not be misused as it can lead to antibiotic resistance. 3 year old with on and off stomach pain may be due to mesenteric lymphadenopathy. Can take syears drotin sos if severe crampy unbearable pain after consulting your pediatrician. Functional gastrointestinal diseases are a common differential diagnosis. Can give 3 to 5 days probiotics.

Yes it is safe .......but u should be more concerned about the causes of infection....take plenty of water and fruits...... avoid comman washroom and take care about personal hygeine.
