About Centron Plus Tablet
Centron Plus Tablet is one of the selective estrogen receptor modulators, also known as SERMs. These are a class of medication which acts on the estrogen receptor in the body. Centron Plus Tablet is primarily used as a contraceptive but is also used for the treatment, prevention, control & improvement of uterine bleeding by exerting a contraceptive effect to normalize the bleeding. The dosage for a grown adult is 60 mg twice a week for the 1st 12 weeks and then 60 mg once a week for up to next 12 weeks.
Centron Plus Tablet should not be taken if you have any of the following problems such as: polycystic ovarian disease, cervical hyperplasia, recent history of jaundice or hepatic impairment, severe allergic states, TB, renal impairment. Women who desire to be pregnant should discontinue taking the drug. Centron Plus Tablet has a few side effects that include Delayed menses, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Weight gain.
