    How does this medication work?

This medication is a combination of Adapalene and Clindamycin, thus it works following a dual mechanism. Firstly, it works by mechanistically combining with certain retinoic acid nuclear receptors as well as retinoid X receptors. It does not combine with cytosolic receptor protein, however. The exact working nature of this medicine is not known.
