Hi I am manasa working for an MNC. I am 26 year old now. I do not get sleep in the night till 1 or 2 AM. Because of this I am getting dark circles and gastritis. SO kindly suggest me some tips or solutions.

I can not sleep properly. I tried anytime to sleep on time. However I can not sleep. But whenever I sleep I can not wake up on time. My sleeping time is between 3-4 am. And I wake up between 12-1 pm. What to do.

I never sleep in a day trace become high but never body to sleep I want rest but it's can not.
