    Hello, please use a mild cleanser like Cetaphil or Moiz as facewash twice a day and mild soap like Pears or Dove for short bath with lukewarm and not hot water. Apply Elovera or Venusia moisturiser immediately after bath and in evening. Use Cotaryl or Moisturex moisturiser for cracked feet twice a day.

    Use moisturex or cotaryl cream twice a day on feet. At night you can apply this cream after soaking your feet in lukewarm saline water for 5 min. Dry the feet and then apply.

    Shrinking skin due to dehydration. Apply cream cotaryl once a day on skin.
    Avoid more water contact also.
    Drink 8 glass of water daily. Drink fruit juice one glass daily. Eat minerals / minerals/ vitamin rich meals.

    Hello. Limit water contact of feet. Apply cotaryl or moisturex moisturising cream after bath and at bedtime. Wear socks whenever possible.

    Please avoid baingan gavar dahi rice fish etc for few days avoid constipation to develop please use dermadew soapsoap for bath apply cotaryl cream mixed with zole f cream
    twice a day tab fungotek 14 1 tab ebasil 14
    1 tab zentel 1 1 re consult after 15 days.

    Hi. Apply moisturex or cotaryl cream twice a day on cracked feet for 2 weeks. If no improvement see a dermatologist.

    take iodine -rich meals, banana, intake at least 8 glass of water in day.
    eat more fiber rich foods, coconut oil, green tea, tyrosine -rich foods, low fat milk, avoid soya - products, go for walk daily, do exercises---yoga.
    use cream cotaryl for dull and dark skin.
