About Coxerin 250mg Capsule

Coxerin 250mg Capsule is used in the effective treatment of tuberculosis (TB) when other drugs don’t appear to be of much help. It is usually used in combination with other medicaments. It also works effectively in treating urinary tract infections. It is generally considered as a second line drug that signifies its use only after the first line of drugs failed to achieve desired results. Coxerin 250mg Capsule is an anti-biotic and restricts growth of bacteria which is the way how it works. It inhibits biosynthesis in the cell wall of bacteria. This drug is not effective in viral problems.

There are certain side effects that may follow after taking Coxerin 250mg Capsule, some of which may be headache, drowsiness, dizziness, tremors, swelling of body parts- especially ankles and feet, pale skin, etc. Though the medicament is safe and rarely side effects occur if administered correctly, however if any of these symptoms are experienced you should at once contact your doctor and report to him details about the side effects encountered. Sleepiness, unsteadiness, numbness or occasional seizure may also be noticed in a few cases.
