About Dilsave 400Mg Tablet
Dilsave 400Mg Tablet is a drug that is mainly used to treat cardiac arrhythmias. It is used to normalise the heart condition of patients who have to undergo electric shock therapy or drug therapy to keep a normal heart rhythm or whose hearts have returned to normal rhythm after suffering from atrial fibrilation. It is also known as a multichannel blocker.
Dilsave 400Mg Tablet works by blocking the human atrial sodium currents (INa) and potassium channels which increases the duration of action potential and refractory period in the cardiac tissue. It also blocks calcium channels and inhibits the beta1-adrenergic receptor. This decreases AV conduction and sinus node function.
