About Doloneuron Nt Tablet
This medication is a prescriptive drug primarily used to prevent Diabetic Neuropathy. It is a combination medication containing drugs which belong to the class of anticonvulsants along with tricyclic antidepressants. Also, it used to cure hot flashes, restless legs syndrome (RLS) and postherpetic neuralgia and seizures.
Common side effects of this medication are

The daily dosage for this medication in adults is about 300mg to 600mg about three times a day. The gaps between the three doses should not exceed 12 hours. This drug can be taken with or without food.

How does this medication work?
This medication belongs to GABA analog. It works by binding to the calcium channels and increases the concentration of GABA and reduces the release of monoamine neurotransmitters, thus reduces the excitability of brain cells and helps to treat convulsions. Also, it blocks the norepinephrine presynaptic receptors which in turn inhibits norepinephrine reuptake. This raises its concentration in the synaptic clefts of the CNS. It also blocks the reuptake of serotonin at the neuronal membrane.
