Vomiting in pregnancy is always considered as a healthy sign of good pregnancy, which means pregnancy is secreting enough hormones to produce vomiting. If your ultrasound report is normal there is no reason to worry. This is temporary, and can be relieved by tablet doxinate 3 times a day and eat in less quantity at one time. You can increase the frequency of meals than quantity. Also early morning eat 4-5 parle g biscuits and in whole day eat food with more sugar, to prevent more vomiting.

I am presuming you have a positive pregnancy test. These symptoms are very common in the first three months of pregnancy. Please get a complete blood count done to see you are not anaemic. Take folic acid supplements daily. You can take tab doxinate - 2 tab at night time and 1 tab twice daily before food to see if it helps. Also have lots of water /fluids like juices/ lassi to keep yourself well hydrated.
The symptoms usually settle as pregnancy advances.

As long as there are no identified complications or concerns with your pregnancy, it is generally safe to travel at all times during your pregnancy. The ideal time to travel during pregnancy is after 3 months because of morning sickness or nausea and vomiting. You can definitely travel by train but make sure you carry rantac and doxinate along with you and try to eat less at a time.

Doxinate is the drug for vomiting in pregnancy which is safe and probably your doctor wated to write that instead of doxicon.
