About Duralast 30mg Tablet
Duralast 30mg Tablet is a medication used to treat males for sexual dysfunction, such as premature ejaculation. It is also an antidepressant drug. You can also use this with or without alternatives like Kegel exercises, a balanced and healthy diet, and regular exercises. Decreasing your alcohol intake and ceasing of smoking of tobacco could also help in treating this condition.
The initial dose for this drug is 30 mg per day. Once started, you can increase the dosage gradually. The effectiveness of the drug will not be immediately visible; the results can be observed gradually over a period of months. Once you begin the medication, you must gradually stop taking this treatment after 4 to 6 months. Taking this medication over a longer or a prolonged period of time could cause cardiac problems or problems in your gastrointestinal tract. While this medicine is easily available over the counter, you are strongly advised to consult a psychiatrist before beginning to use this medication. You may also use Paroxetine or Duralast if required.
Possible side effects of this drug are drowsiness and sedation. Hence, you are advised to take this medicine at night, just before you go to bed. Do not use if allergic to it.

Even though the exact mechanism of action is not known, physicians suspect that it acts by inhibiting the serotonin transporter (SERT) and block the re-uptake of 5-HT into the neuron. Thus increase the availability of 5-HT at receptor in the CNS and enhance serotoninergic activity.
