About Elzefen P Tablet
Elzefen P Tablet is a non steroidal anti- inflammatory drug (NSAID). It is a combination of two drugs, namely, Aceclofenac and Paracetamol. It functions by halting the production of cyclooxygenase, which creates prostaglandin.
Cyclooxygenase is the reason of the pain, inflammation and swelling which is caused during arthritis. This painkiller is most commonly used to cure pain and swelling caused during arthritis.
Other than that it is also used to treat menstrual pain, rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, soft tissue sports injuries, frozen shoulder, dislocations and fractures, tendonitis, bone and joint surgery and dental surgery.
The medicine shows fewer side effects which are common and mild in nature. They may not necessarily occur. If the patient experiences them for a longer period or in a severe way, it is advised to inform the doctor immediately.
Patient who has undergone a bypass heart surgery or is about to get one should not take this medicine. Smokers and alcoholics should also avoid taking this medicine as it may cause greater harm to them.
