    you can take tab. emeset for vomiting .for headache and fever you can take tab. combiflaim twice a day ...and go for tests widal ,mp,cbc, urine r/m. after tests you can take antibiotic by doctor.
    drink warm water, juice,green veg. Soups,lquid diets, dalia, take protein diets, tulsi leaf in tea or warm water, geloy juice,

    give her tab. emeset -4 mg before meal, syp. aristozyme 10 ml thrice a day. tab. charcol once at night. cap. zevit once a day.
    give her more liquid diet.juice ,fruits, avoid stress.

    do tests stool r/m, stool c/s, cbc,blood sugar,lft,kft,urine r/m,mp,widal. take ors liquid, take tab. dolo-650 mg twcie a day.tab. emeset -4mg twice a day. ulgel-A 15 ml before meal.tab. metrogyl-400 mg thrice a day.

    vomiting may be due food eat by road side. but eye red may be eye flu. take tab. emeset -4 mg sos. tab. lcz once a day after meal. use eye drop genty 1 to 2 drops twice a day. if symptoms persist again consult near by doctor for physically examination.

    and admit in near by hospital for loose motion.

    Eat green veg. More fiber foods. Avoid fatty foods,junk foos,oily meal,avoid stress,non-veg.,.
    drink plenty of water.take digestive meal ,salaad,green veg,whole grain foods,oats.go for wlak.
    You go for tests stool c/s, lft .blood sugar, Examination of the rectum and lower, or sigmoid, colon (sigmoidoscopy).Examination of the rectum and entire colon (colonoscopy).

    Need to know more details. Weight, fever, and important if he is bottle fed. Then you must stop bottle feed and give with cup and spoon or from glass. For the time being, give emeset syrup 5 ml and see after half an hour and can repeat if still vomits. Inform afterwards take care.
