This syrup belongs to the antiemetics drug group which helps in treating nausea as well as vomiting, caused by surgery, chemotherapy and radiation. This medication blocks the chemical serotonin from releasing in your gut and your central nervous system.

The doctor must also know about the medical history of yours that whether you had problems such as liver disease, irregular heartbeat and stomach or intestinal problems in the past.
