This medication is composed of Bromelain, Trypsin and Rutoside It is used as a pain reliever. It can also be used for treating inflammation and swelling by increasing the blood supply to the affected area.

It is important that you stop taking this medicine about two weeks before any surgery as it can potentially cause more bleeding.
