About Esomac 40 MG Tablet

This medication is used in the treatment of conditions caused by excessive production of acid in the stomach. The conditions may include erosive esophagitis, gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), Helicobactor pylori infections and Zollinger-Ellison syndrome.

Belonging to the drug group of proton pump inhibitors, this medication blocks the proton pump in your stomach’s cells. When this proton pump gets blocked, there will be less production of acid in your stomach.
