FEBUTAZ

Febutaz is used by patients suffering from joint pain symptoms that are a part of gout. It also helps patients suffering from hyperuricemia. This drug helps in preventing the onset of gout by regulating the uric acid level in the blood. It is available in tablet form. Febutaz should be avoided by those suffering from angina, thyroid dysfunction, and pregnant or lactating women. The side effects of this drug include dizziness, nausea, headaches, tingling sensation and numbness in limbs, and delayed speech in some extreme cases.

General Physician•
The diet advised very correctly.
For medicines, if there r joint pains then only medicines required otherwise dietary measures will suffice.
If joint pains r there then take Febutaz/Feburic 40mg at bed time 1 tab for 3 months and recheck uric acid level after that and decide to continue the medicine or not depending upon the results.
