About Flozen-Plus Tablet
This is a combination medication which has Diclofenac, Paracetamol, and Serratiopeptidase as active ingredients. It is a non-steroidal anti-inflammation medication. This medication is known to effectively relieve pain, swelling and joint stiffness caused by arthritis. Also, It is used as a painkiller in the treatment of conditions like Gout, migraines, Rheumatoid Arthritis, fever, etc.
This is a prescription drug and has some severe side effects such as abdominal pain, constipation, Diarrhoea, these side effects can generally be avoided by taking the drug with food.
It is not recommended if you are expecting or planning on becoming pregnant anytime soon. During pregnancy, it is not recommended in the first and last trimesters of the pregnancy due to the possible harm of the fetus.

The medication inhibits an enzyme named Cyclooxygenase which is responsible for the formation of prostaglandin. Prostaglandin is a major contributor to the process of inflammation and pain sensation in the body. Also, it is a pain relief medication that selectively inhibits enzyme function in the brain which allows it to treat pain and fever. It activates certain receptors in the brain that inhibit pain signals. Serratiopeptidase is a proteolytic enzyme that is extracted from a silkworm. It acts as an anti-inflammatory pain reliever. This facilitates the breakdown of proteins and reduces the formation of mucus and relieves inflammation.
