About Gabapin Nt 100Mg/10Mg Tablet
Gabapin-nt 100mg tablet comprises of Gabapentin and Nortriptyline as active ingredients. This medication is used to prevent and control seizures. It is also used to relieve nerve pain, hot flashes and restless legs syndrome and postherpetic neuralgia.
The drug works by affecting the chemical and nerves responsible for the pain and seizures. Side effects of this medication include drowsiness, dizziness, loss of coordination, tiredness, blurred/double vision, unusual eye movement and tremors may occur.
Patients suffering from renal and liver diseases are advised to discuss their medical conditions before starting the medication. Patients suffering from diabetes and those who are prone to epilepsy are advised to exercise caution.
This is drug is not suited if the patient is suffering from depression and has sucidial tendencies. Pregnant women or ladies who are planning on getting pregnant are not recommended to use this medicine.
