Hi, since your pet is not responding to the traditional line of treatment for gastric disturbances, I will suggest you to get her blood tests done viz. Cbc, liver function test and most importantly renal function test. This will help you to rule out the extreme scenario, if any. Further, specific line of treatment can be suggested as per the alterations in blood reports. Thank you.

For a toothache, the permanent solution is only identification of the cause and its treatment. Antibiotics alone can, at best, give you temporary relief, and often, create additional problems, as in your case. Consult your dentist again so they may either stop, or change, your antibiotics, as necessary, and begin definitive treatment of the actual dental problem causing your trouble. In the meantime, you may use something like Pantoprazole 40 mg once or twice a day, Ranitidine 150 mg twice a day...more

Hi, to permanently treat the ulcers, we need to treat the cause. The cause can be stress, constipation, minor trauma, vitamin deficiency, etc. For temporary relief, you can apply dologel ct over the ulcers 4 to 5 times a day. For permanent cure, you should visit an oral medicine specialist.
Regards.
