Poor dietary habits. Family history n bmi more than 25 causes dm. All things are found in you. Calculate your bmi. Also your tablet gemer also causes gain in weight. Send your details like height in cm and weight in kg. We have ayurvedic medicine that controls your sugar level. Consult if possible.

Do hba1c as your sugar is too much fluctuating. Also sleep well up to 6 to 8 hours. Due to sugar or colon problem or both are affecting you too much. We have best remedy for you.

Dear, Yes your sugar levels are not well controlled and you are on a number of medications. But do not worry you still do not need to be insulin as we can still increase the doses of your medications. Glimepiride 1 mg can be increased so can met for min and pioglitazone. However januvia or sisal up tin is at the highest dose possible.
