This cream is the combination of two medicine which includes Halobetasol and Fusidic Acid and is used for treating skin infections. Halobetasol work as a steroid and the blocks the production of prostaglandins which causes redness of the skin, swelling, and itching. Fusidic Acid kills the bacteria and also prevents protein synthesis which is required by the bacteria for vital functioning.
