Hatric 3 Syrup is the medication for cough and cold. It is mainly used in the treatment of common cold symptoms as well as allergies such as sneezing, watery eyes, fever, headaches, overall body pain, runny nose, nasal congestion etc.

Hatric 3 Syrup is a combination drug of Paracetamol, Pseudoephedrine and Chlorpheniramine. Paracetamol works as an antipyretic as well as analgesic. It is helpful in conditions like body pain and fever. It works by the mechanism of blocking certain chemical messengers like prostaglandins produced in the brain.

These chemicals are responsible for the pain and fever in an individual. Pseudoephedrine acts as a decongestant and helpful in providing relief from the congestion and stuffiness in the nose. It works by the mechanism of contraction of small blood vessels in the airways as well as the nasal pathway.

Chlorpheniramine is an antihistamine or anti-allergic drug which works to block the action of histamine. Histamine is the chemical which causes allergic reactions in the body. It is effective in relieving allergic symptoms like sneezing, running nose, congestion in nasal passage, watery eyes, itching and swelling.
